Manufacturer / brand: Sakana.

Sakana Takeda fishing line was created to deliver long casts. Laboratory work on its composition lasted almost two years, but the final result exceeded even the boldest expectations. As intended, an perfectly smooth and soft line was achieved, winding perfectly on the reel spool, which in casting tests translated into an average increase in achieved distances of about 10%. Additionally, it turned out that the strength of the line is at a very high level, practically unheard of for other fishing lines. To ensure the proper abrasion resistance, a special machine was used simulating the impact of sharp elements remaining on the bottom of the water reservoir, such as stones and mussel colonies. Final measurements showed negligible wear, at the level of the best Premium Top Class lines.
